She married Albert John Little in Adelaide, South Australia, 3 July 1906. Albert was born in Angas Plains, South Australia 27 March 1876. Albert was the son of Edward Little and Hannah Maria Champion.

Ethel Jane Courtney and Albert John Little had the following child:
