11. Emma3 Sweeney (Daniel2, John1) was born Gawler, South Australia 12 January 1866.

She married Thomas Augustus Gaynes in Church Mission Hall, Renmark, South Australia, 30 December 1890. Thomas was the son of James Gaynes. No record of birth in South Australia so is assumed to have emmigrated. Emma assumed the name of Gannaway between the years 1888 to 1890 or was married interstate as no South Australian record exists.
