She married William Thomas in Yelta, South Australia, 28 August 1886. William was born 1858. William was the son of James Thomas.

Caroline Langmead had the following child:

67 i. Harrold Stanley⁴ Langmaid was born in Yelta, South Australia 26 December 1885. Harrold died 21 February 1886 in Yelta, South Australia, at less than one year of age. Harrold was cared for by Caroline but considered part of her parents family as Edwin registered Harrold's death and gave his name as the father.

Caroline Langmead and William Thomas had the following children:

68 ii. Emma Elizabeth Thomas was born in East Moonta, South Australia 12 February 1888.

69 iii. Helena Pearl Thomas was born in East Moonta, South Australia 29 May 1889.
