23 ii. Margretta Burton was born in Kooringa, South Australia 24 January 1865. Margretta died 24 November 1895 in Hundred of Ninnis, South Australia, at 30 years of age. She married Elkanah Langmead in Yelta, South Australia, 22 February 1890. Elkanah was born in Logans Flat near Kooringa, South Australia 2 January 1866. Elkanah was the son of Elkannah Langmead and Mary Ann Cock.

24 iii. William Stephen Burton was born Moonta, South Australia 23 April 1867. He married Anna Helene Bertha Behrens in Yelta Moonta, South Australia, 20 August 1910. Anna was born in Parrott Hill, South Australia 13 June 1881. Anna was the daughter of Georg Adolph Ernst Behrens and Maria Ernistine Mader.

25 iv. Caroline Burton was born Moonta, South Australia 16 April 1869. Caroline died 3 March 1870 in East Moonta, South Australia, at less than one year of age.

26 v. Mary Elizabeth Burton was born Moonta, South Australia 30 December 1870. She married Joseph Henry Thomas in Yelta, South Australia, 27 December 1894. Joseph was born Moonta, South Australia 29 July 1870. Joseph was the son of Thomas Thomas and Elizabeth Sharland.

27 vi. Samuel Stanley Burton was born in Moonta Mines, South Australia 30 May 1873. Samuel died 14 November 1874 in Moonta Mines, South Australia, at 1 year of age.

28 vii. Sophia Burton was born in Yelta Mines, South Australia 15 June 1876.
